I've worked very hard the last year to make positive changes to my health and my life. I was at my heaviest weight and feeling absolutely miserable both emotionally and physically.
Last fall, I decided to embark on a health journey and take care of me, so I could better take care of my family and those around me. That was the start of something AMAZING! I'm since down 60 lbs, feeling the happiest I have in a long time, and really wanted to treat myself to something special to celebrate the wins I've had after getting through one of the hardest years of my life.
The ladies at Sugar and Spice made me feel absolutely beautiful from the moment I walked in. They were so easy to talk to, genuine in their interactions, and when the photography started I've never felt so confident. Their positivity, words of encouragement, and expertise were like none other.
I was sad when the time was up - because it flew by way too fast.
