This group is for all those that want to join and be a part of a community of like-minded people doing a 100-day Challenge together. A safe place where you can ask questions and voice concerns or need a pick-me-up on a hard day.
The 100-day Challenge will start on April 1st and your 100 days is whatever you choose it to be that you want to work on. You might have a bad habit you want to break or something new you've wanted to start. Or maybe you want to do both and replace an old habit with a new habit.
There will positive motivational posts as well as health and wellness type posts to help you along the way. Always up for suggestions as well.
We'll all be here to help each other stay accountable and maybe you'll pick something that someone else also picked and you both can keep each other even more accountable as well if you need that extra boost.
