Photography Session Payment Plan Agreement

By enrolling in a payment plan, I acknowledge that I have read, understand and agree to the following terms:

• Payment plans are offered at 0% interest.

• A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve my session date.

• The deposit amount (or a greater amount) must be paid in full no later than 14 days prior to the scheduled session date. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the session.

• After your initial deposit/payment, your payment plan will begin from your booking date. Payments will be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly based on the option you selected above, unless other arrangements have been made.

• Payments are not automatically charged, as we do not store credit card information on file. Approximately one week prior to each scheduled payment due date, a secure payment link will be sent to the email address and/or phone number provided. It is the client's responsibility to submit payment by the agreed-upon due date.

• Session dates may be rescheduled with at least 15 days notice. A minimum additional payment of $50 is required at the time of rescheduling and will be applied toward your session balance.

• All payments made toward the session and/or products are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• The remaining balance must be paid in full within 3 months of the session date.

• Proof images and/or ordered products will not be released until the account balance has been paid in full.
