Placing Your Order

We want to help avoid any confusion when you're placing your order, so here's some insight!

CHOOSING YOUR FAVORITES

Simply click the ❤ (located under the top header image on the right hand side before the grid starts).  Once logged in, you can add to and access any favorites folders. 

 

 

You will see a folder titled "Order" (created by us - more on that later), and you can create new folders, if you'd like.  

Click the ❤ on any image in your portfolio to add individual images to a list.  If you have more than one folder, you will see the option to "Add to" or your folders will pop-up and you can easily add the image to any folder.

 

You can also click "Add Note" to add a specific note, such as: "Picture in color" (if it's shown in black and white) or "Remove birthmark" or anything else you'd like to see addressed.  Our general retouching guidelines can be found here.
 


 

PLACING YOUR ORDER

Add images that you'd like to be a part of your order to the "Order" folder in your online portfolio.

 

Orders MUST be placed on our online store. The online portfolio site is completely separate from our website. When in your online portfolio, DO NOT click the icon: “Send to Photographer” to email a list to us. These emails are not viewed, and are automatically deleted.  Simply place your order online or contact us if you have specific questions.

When placing your order on our online store (click button below), you can simply put "See Order folder" and we will reference your Order folder in your online portfolio and see your images and notes.

 

 

 

 

 

 

NOTE: If you have a coupon code, simply enter it at checkout and the value will automatically be deducted from the total.
