📣 We’re Hiring! Part-Time Social Media, Marketing & Client Support Assistant (Remote-Friendly)

Are you creative, organized, and excited about helping women feel confident and empowered? Our busy boudoir photography studio is looking for a part-time Social Media, Marketing & Client Support Assistant to join our team!

✨ About the Role
This role blends creativity with organization. You’ll help bring our brand to life online, support incoming leads, and ensure each client’s experience is smooth from first inquiry to final product delivery. Most tasks can be done remotely, with occasional in-studio time for client management or content days.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

📱 Social Media Content Creation

  • Plan, create, and schedule posts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest

  • Create engaging, feminine, empowering captions that reflect our brand

  • Assist with reels, stories, trending formats, and behind-the-scenes content

  • Organize and repurpose previous client content (with permission)

🎯 Marketing Support

  • Assist with email newsletters, promotional campaigns, and monthly studio updates

  • Support online ads and basic analytics tracking

  • Help update marketing materials, lookbooks, graphics, and studio announcements

  • Contribute ideas for themed shoots, seasonal campaigns, and special events

🤝 Lead Management & Client Communication

  • Respond to inquiries via email, text, chat, and social DMs

  • Provide warm, supportive communication to guide clients through booking

  • Make occasional follow-up phone calls to leads or accept incoming calls from to leads when requested by lead

  • Track and update lead status in our CRM

🗂 Administrative & Client Experience Support

  • Ensure session confirmations, reminders, and prep communications are sent on time

  • Prepare and check session invoices and pre-shoot questionnaires

  • Provide very basic accounting support, such as closing out sessions and ensuring completed sessions are properly recorded

  • Assist clients during the ordering process after their photoshoot

  • Help organize files, forms, and internal workflow tasks that support the studio team

You're a Great Fit If You:

  • Love storytelling through visuals and words

  • Understand social media trends and enjoy creating content

  • Are highly organized and detail-oriented

  • Communicate in a warm, friendly, and empowered tone

  • Enjoy helping women feel confident and supported

  • Work well independently and manage your own schedule

  • Have basic admin skills and are comfortable learning simple systems

  • Previous marketing, social media, or customer service experience is a plus

POSITION DETAILS:

  • Part-time (approx. 15–20 hours/week)

  • Remote-friendly with flexibility

  • Occasional in-studio time for team meetings or content creation

  • Competitive hourly pay based on experience
