What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We know life can get crazy! Please know that we will do our best to accommodate you and your schedule should you need to reschedule.
However, as our hours are “by appointment only” and we have to schedule our own lives and families around each appointment, we must keep a very strict policy on cancellations and rescheduling. You can view our Terms & Conditions; section: Cancellations/Rescheduling/Late Policies
What about payment types & discounts?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard & Discover), or cash. As we are a small business, we accept credit cards with a nominal 3.5% checkout fee.
We do not accept checks at this time, but contact us if you need to send a deposit for a session or an order - as we can typically make an exception for this.
Sorry, but we can not combine discounts, special promotions, online certificates, or any other deals or offers. Due to high demand for Saturday appointments and limited availability, we do not offer appointments for discounted sessions on those days. Any current discounts or promotions can not be used toward previously booked sessions.
How will the charge appear on my statement?
We know many of you want to keep this a surprise, so don't worry... Credit or debit card charges will appear on your statement as S&S, LLC.
Do you offer payment plans?
We don’t want you to pass up this experience of a lifetime because of limited finances, so if possible, we will work out a payment plan with you for your session and/or products.
We would be HAPPY to reserve a date & time for you with a deposit as little as $50. If you are not ready to choose a date now, we will set up an account for you and you can make payments in any amount and you can schedule when you pay in full, if that's what you prefer. You can make payments in any amount before and after your shoot.
Once the final payment is received, we will send you the link for your online portfolio.
Do you offer a military discount?
We are honored to offer a 10% discount on session fees for Military personnel and their spouses. (Military ID required to qualify.)
Sorry, but we can not combine the military discount with other discounts, special promotions, online certificates, or any other deals or offers.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Gift Certificates are available in any amount or for any of our sessions - just click HERE.

The Backstage area is our exclusive client area - full of information about the session, tips for preparing for your session & much more!

Oh, no! I left something at the studio! Can you send it to me?
If you leave any personal items at our studio, please notify us immediately. We are happy to hold items for pick up or ship to you if shipping costs are pre-paid.
Items not claimed or picked up after 2 weeks will added to our inventory or donated.
Do you photograph men?
YES! Everyone is welcome to do a Portrait style session.
